Wardell Auto Interiors & Tops

Would like to take the time to share an honest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review about John Wardell and the Craftsmanship at Wardell Auto Interiors & Tops. My s2000 was in for a full soft top replacement, and the results are incredible. The alignment is spot-on, the fabric is tightly tensioned, and there are absolutely no gaps or wind leaks when driving on the highway. You can really tell their team takes pride in precision work. They finished right on schedule and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing top-tier upholstery work in the Bay Area! Thank you guys again!

Staff were very nice. Price was normal. I went to Wardell because they said they’d material match. The material is grey and it did match and they did a good job but then they put a black zipper where a grey one should have been/had been. It felt like they could’ve gone all the way and made it look original but they took that last shortcut and now I have a big black line on my grey interior. Seems weak.

I genuinely appreciate John and his team for taking care of my car after dealing with a sunroof leak. They went above and beyond by replacing a sunroof drain hose and upholstery. I want to express my sincere gratitude to John for his exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy to post a five-star review for Wardell Auto Repair! I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner, who was both professional and warm, as were his entire staff. It’s such a great feeling to visit a business where everyone greets you cheerfully and makes you feel like family. I needed my moonroof replaced, and they requested to keep my car overnight to ensure there were no leaks. Since I live in the Santa Cruz mountains, I had to rent a car, but they kindly offered to drive me to the Enterprise rental, which was incredibly helpful. On my way home, I received a call from John informing me that upon unpacking the glass, they noticed a couple of very minor but visible scratches. He asked if I wanted them to reorder the glass, and then suggested I come by to take a look. I drove back, and after seeing the scratches, I decided they were minor enough to proceed with the installation. The next day, they called to let me know my car was ready. True to their word, they picked me up from Enterprise and brought me back safely. Closing out the payment was a breeze, as my insurance covered all but a small deductible. If you need any window replacements, especially
